Skills, experience, location, salary, job type and work style - each scored out of 100, each with its reason.
Live openings by city, refreshed continuously, with the median advertised salary where enough listings disclose it.
Counted right now across every job board and applicant tracking system we read, plus employers who post here directly.
The app and this site speak yours, from Arabic to Vietnamese.
How it works
Three steps. One profile.
Build your profile once
Your skills, your experience, where you will work and what you need to earn. A few minutes, and you never type them into a form again.
Swipe roles scored for you
Every card carries its score on six dimensions and the reason behind each one. Skip what does not fit, save what does.
Apply in a tap
The application opens inside the app, on the employer’s own form. Where that form allows it, your details are filled in from your profile; you check them, you send.
The score
One score, six reasons.
Each dimension is scored out of 100 from your own profile and shown on the card, so a 89 is never a mystery.
Skills
What you can do against what the role asks for, matched by meaning rather than by keyword.
94Strong skill match. Your profile aligns well with the requirements.
Location
Where the job is, where you are, and how far you would go - remote included.
88Excellent location match — this role is nearby or remote-friendly.
Salary
What the listing pays against what you need. When a listing does not say, it reads as undisclosed.
79Salary is in a reasonable range relative to your target.
Experience
Your years and your level against the role’s, without punishing a change of field.
90Your experience level is a strong fit for this role.
Type
Full-time, part-time, contract or internship: the shape of work you are looking for.
100Job type matches your preference perfectly.
Style
Remote, hybrid or on-site, matched to how you want to work.
72Work style is partially aligned with your preference.
The lines above are the app’s own, for the example card at the top of this page.
A dimension the app cannot measure for a listing says so. It is never guessed.
Autofill
Type it once.
Applications open inside the app, on the employer’s own form. Where that form allows it, BabZituna fills your name, contact details and the usual questions from your profile. Whatever it cannot fill, it leaves blank and tells you.
You review it. You send it.
Salary
Pay you can trust.
Listings that disclose pay show it, as the employer wrote it. Listings that do not are marked undisclosed - the app never invents a figure. Behind the scenes, disclosed pay is normalised so a euro listing and a dollar listing can be scored on one scale, and on the market pages you can read the median advertised salary in each city.
Never a made-up number.
Fairness
Scored on the merits, and audited.
The matching is checked for measurable gaps between groups of candidates, and the results are public. Not a promise: a document you can read.

Coverage
Live offers, city by city.

Remote work
Remote is not the same market everywhere.
Remote share runs from 0% to 98% across the 65 markets that state one: the share of listings offering a remote-friendly arrangement, among those that say. It is the figure that varies most between cities, and the one worth choosing a market on.

The Market Desk
We publish what we measure.
One edition a day on the labour market, in sixteen languages, built from named public statistics and from the live supply of openings the app runs on. Read it before you take anyone’s word for what the market is doing - including ours.
- In South Korea, two people in five aged 65 or over are in work. In France, one in twenty-four.
- In Jordan, two employees in five are paid below two thirds of the national median. In Portugal, one in twenty-five.
- Nearly nine in ten of India’s workers hold an informal job. In France, three in a hundred do.
Questions candidates ask
- Is it really free?
- Yes. Job seekers never pay on BabZituna, and there is no premium tier standing between you and an application.
- Where do the jobs come from?
- From job boards and applicant tracking systems around the world, and from employers who post on BabZituna directly. The supply is refreshed continuously; listings that close disappear, and the country count on this page is read from the live index rather than written by us.
- Do I apply on BabZituna or on the employer’s site?
- On the employer’s own form, opened inside the app. BabZituna fills what it can from your profile; you review and send.
- Why does a card sometimes show no score for salary?
- Because the listing did not disclose pay. The app marks the dimension as undisclosed instead of guessing, and the overall score says so.
- Is there a website for candidates?
- The job-seeker experience is the app. On the web you can browse live offers city by city and read The Market Desk; the rest of this site is the console companies use to hire.
